IDENTIFY…..We identify potential church planters through clearly defined assessments and prayerful discernment due to the unique call and challenges associated with church planting.

TRAIN…..Along with Boot Camp we offer a continuous array of training opportunities through our Network. We support and encourage church planters to attend National events such as Catalyst and Exponential Conference. CPI personally creates and implements a wide variety of training venues: Church Planter Roundtables, Tele Coaching Network Series, monthly Catalyst Group meetings, and Exponential One Day events.

COACH…...The SNE Church Planting Initiative has learned that if church planters are going to reach their full potential they need to be assisted by experienced coaches. Therefore, we have made it a priority to train and assign qualified coaches to walk along side our church planters to advise and counsel them throughout their journey.

CHURCHES PLANTING CHURCHES...From the beginning of conception we promote "churches planting churches" as an ultimate goal, so that church planting is part of the DNA of every new church.
