Royal Rangers is America's premier, most sought after mentoring ministry for next generation men!

Today's boy is tomorrow's man. The best time to train a man is while he's still a boy. By mobilizing, inspiring, and resourcing mentors, Royal Rangers offers character and servant leadership education to boys and young men (K-12) in a highly relational, fun, and interactive environment.

Influence more, more effectively! That is our vision. In 1962, Royal Rangers started with only a few boys. Today, thanks to the innovation and devotion of our mentors "to influence more boys and young men than ever, more effectively than ever," Royal Rangers' influence continues to expand, shaping future generations one boy at a time.

You'll find Royal Rangers throughout the world. Here in the United States, we are organized into Districts. The Southern New England District consists of Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. If you would like to start an Outpost in your church or you have more questions about Royal Rangers click here.

Most outposts consist of the following age groups:

For boys in grades K through 2.

For boys in grades 6 through 8.

For boys in grades 3 through 5.

For boys in grades 9 through 12.

  • Junior Leadership Training Academy

It is that time of year once again where we start gearing up for Junior Leadership Training Academy (JLTA).  The goal of this camp is to prepare young men for a gradual and ever increasing leadership role in the local outpost as well as the district.  Each young man will receive specialized and intentional training based on the selected camp.  Please see the attached Camp Sheet for a general description of each camp.

    Attached you will find:

    1.       JLTA Camp Sheet

    2.       JLTA Camp Application

    3.       Individual Medical Form (Navigator printout will work if signed by guardian)

    4.       Publication of information NON-Consent form

We run a fun camp that’s full of great events for the boys over 3 days.  Boys that attend once usually come back year after year.  They make new friends and have all kinds of new experiences. This is a terrific tool to help train the boys in your outpost how to become leaders.  Every boy should be invited.

Please, feel free to contact me personally if you have questions.  I would be happy to assist.
